The room was perfect and so clean! There was a pillow that felt like a bunch of fabric just stuffed into a pillow case cover and was pretty lumpy but there were 3 more to choose from. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't just charge a one-time pet fee like most other hotels do in this area. Instead of being a single $35 for your entire stay, it's $35 every night that you're there! A four day stay cost me almost as much as if I had stayed another two nights!

We had a super late check in due to travel taking longer than expected. It wasn't too much of a hassle to do that. The lady at the Front Desk said there was a pet fee (which I don't recall being stated up front) of $35 but that they don't usually let cats stay, which is odd since it says they do in their listing. She ultimately let the cat stay. The room was clean & decently setup. The shower floor liner was rusted & not in the best of shape, you could tell that they tried to paint over it in the past. The pillows that they provided were terrible. The bedding they provided was very thin & not the best. The price for a night was cheap, but I likely would not stay here again.

Room was disgusting. Hair dryer did not work. WiFi was worse than cell service. Towels seemed dirty and smelled. Water in the shower was slimy and did not get hot. There was a smoke alarm located right above the bed with a BRIGHT flashing light that flashed every 10 seconds. I had to tack up a rag just to stop it from giving me an epileptic seizure. The worst part however, was the smell. The entire room smelt like dirty gym socks. I purchased air freshener to try and mask it but was unsuccessful. Ultimately I decided to leave this room and book elsewhere as it was disintegrating my mental health. Googles rating of the hotel was 2.1 whereas the rating given to me at hotels.com was a 7.9. Complete misrepresentation on hotels.com’s part. I was unable to obtain a refund for the days I did not stay. When I informed the front desk of the smell she barged into my room and acted like she couldn’t smell a thing. Gaslighting was insane. I also paid a high amount a night for my stay and when I checked the price while I was there it was half the price a night. I feel like I was completely misled by not only the property but the platform(hotels.com) that I use for all my travel. Setting a better example is advice I would give to both entities.

My room had a horrible stench that didn't relent my entire 3 day stay. Not sure if it was a moldy filter in the AC/heat unit, something in the garbage disposal before I arrived, something in the carpet or something else. I left the bathroom fan and stove fan running every day while I was out and HOURS later when I returned it still smelled awful. The carpet/floor was gross. I always travel with a clean pair or socks that I wear around the room while I am getting ready for bed in the evening and my clean socks were FILTHY after about 20 minutes. I also had a problem with my key card not working when I returned to the hotel every day of my stay accompanied by a long wait in line to get the front desk to fix it. After a long tiring day doing the thing I was in town to do everyday - waiting in line holding armsful of my belongings before I could get into the room was extremely frustrating. Overall - definitely not my favorite hotel stay. Other than those things my stay was adequate. My check-in clerk was friendly and the facility was reasonably quiet and felt safe enough.

I stayed in room 117 and there was much to be left wanting. the bathtub had pubic hair in it, the window sill was caked in dust/dirt. there was a red splatter on the ceiling in the main area and the bathroom wall had many objects that i can only assume were snot wiped on the wall behind the door. i went to Target and purchased cleaning wipes to wipe everything off and headed out first thing in the morning. I wanted to like it so much, it is so close to where I needed and I wanted it to be a new go-to option for travels. The woman who checked me in was FANTASTIC, she was kind, swift and cheery. She made my night wonderful, even wishing me a Happy Birthday.
