“Room was clean, nice and large with 2 queen beds. Breakfast was solid. Over all a pleasant stay.”

“The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every……

“This is my go to hotel when visiting my daughter at WMU. Staff has always been very friendly. Location is convenient and parking is great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the shower doors are SO heavy and sometimes difficult to move. Otherwise, great stay!”

“The rooms have a single serving coffee pot but the coffee filters were for 4 cups of coffee. When I inquired at the front desk she said that is all they had. Just use it four times........ummmm She Must not be a coffee drinker as that is not how that works. ”
