Photos in listing are not accurate
My family and I made this reservation a while ago really looking forward to staying at what seem to be a beautiful apartment in Tuscany. While the grounds of this property are beautiful, the apartment itself was not at all what we expected. While there are a couple of similarities, the photos in the listing do not represent where you will be staying. We have stayed at several VRBO’s during our two week trip and this is the first property where the apartment was not at all like the photos. We checked in, saw our place and quickly realized we could not stay there for the four days we had booked. We went to complain to Alice (Manager). She informed us that the “hotel” would not be charging us for the stay. She said because the booking went through a third-party that they would email them and let them know. We were not the only ones who complained. We saw two other groups of people who had similar complaints as us as well.it is really a shame because the property itself has so much potential. The room itself looked like it had been abandoned for years. It barely had anything in there to make it livable. The couch that was supposed to be considered as the third bedroom looked like it was found in an alley somewhere. When we informed Giuseppe (our contact for the property through VRBO) about our issues, he did not care or acknowledge the false photographs on the listing. We have photos of the actual property we were shown. Do not stay here!
