Villa San Francesco is located only 30 minutes’ drive from Florence town, in a panoramic position, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills and meadows. It offers privacy and a private swimming pool, and is located on a very large estate with other villas with private pools and more accommodation nearby. It is perfect for those who are looking for a wedding destination with places to host all their guests nearby. The estate comes with its own bistro, a typical Tuscan tavern as well. The main square of Figline Valdarno town is just 10 minutes’ drive away, and there you can find a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops and more. At your disposal, on this estate, you also have access to two tennis courts (10 minutes drive from the villa by car) and a reception area where you can get advice on what to see, do and help with anything you may need during your stay.

The villa develops on three levels.

On the ground floor, we have a bright dining room with two arched doors that open onto the front garden, very comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs and large TV, a large open plan kitchen which is well-equipped, a guest bathroom with toilet and sink only. The sleeping room on this level is a large double bedroom with two windows, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The first floor consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with large showers, and a common living room with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.

On the top level, we find the Penthouse with a romantic double bedroom with panoramic views and en-suite bathroom with large shower.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (14x5m; 1.5m deep) with sun lounges and umbrellas, set in a beautiful and well-tended garden with trees for shade. There is a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals and more seating options.
