"Was great. "

"None were adequate. Pool open but remaining hot tub area under construction. No elevator only stairs. Room not as advertised. Mold in caulking on tub. Broken safety latch, winow screwed shut full bed not queen, torn lamp Staff were less than helpful given I booked this room 1 month ahead. Parking lot was 1/3 full of dealership vehicles, no room to park. At one point had to park a block away from the hotel on the street."

"Huge yellow water stain on the ceiling. Figured, no big deal, probably from an old leak they haven't painted over (but still not impressed). After we showered water started dripping from the ceiling onto the carpeted floor beside one of the beds. Told them upon checkout and was told the manager would call me. No call. Hotel is in a rough part of town, parking in a tight parkade across the street, hallways are dark and strange. Not a great stay, luckily we were only there one night!"

"Our stay was going well until the last morning. We went to have a final shower and there was no shampoo. We had the room cleaned 2 days earlier specifically the bathroom. Not sure why they would not have had the shampoo filled on the first day let alone the 2 day. Thought I would mention it to the clerk upon check out. His answer to me was “oh” how disappointing. No further questions just moved on to telling me no further costs will be charged as you already pared in full. Hmm well I guess that was just get out. "

"A great place to stay and relax after a long drive. It is child friendly so there are kids doing what kids do. I liked the no noise policy after 22:00. There is a Shell station next door along with a Subway."
