Ranches in Regional District of Nanaimo

Ok

Staff are friendly

Room was immaculate and the turn down service was precise (including rolling up my charger wires). Andrew in Concierge took the time to explain things so personably. Overall great experience

All services and facilities including hotel rooms are good.

The room is clean and tidy, hotel staff are courteous. There is no place for breakfast so you have to order room service. The hotel location is good but I am often woken up by the sound of the ambulance in the middle of the night even the room is on the 21st floor
