Nicely updated vacation home. Feels very spacious with open concept first floor. Parking was adequate and owner provided street parking permits. Walk one block to beach. Easy two block walk to Rehoboth Ave restaurants and other shops. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Gas grill provided, propane was provided. We used the washer and dryer several times, they worked well. Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a group.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. The property is well kept and the owner could not have been any nicer. The location is on a fairly quiet street away from the crazness of Rehoboth Ave. It is about 400 steps to the beach. The rear yard has a nice area for outdoor dining and grilling. I loved sitting on the front airy porch watching people go by. The bedrooms are very nice...especially the primary and the room with the single beds. My thanks to the owner for his kindness and we hope to see him again next year.
