location of property was absolutely wonderful. perfect spot for just my husband and I to relax and enjoy our anniversary week. downfall would be the parking situation and the inside furniture. couldn’t park at the property which is fine cause it was a nice walk but would’ve made unloading easier. Overall, fantastic stay and location.

Check-in was quick and the person who helped me was friendly. Space was perfect for what I needed. I will say it was a bit of a trek to the parking spot and due to the folks in the front parking in the driveway it made unpacking difficult but I didn't mind too much.

Reviewer Comments: We felt it best to cancel our stay due to the erratic behavior of hurricane Erin. Having been thru “Hurricane Andrew” years ago, we felt it wise to cancel our plans. BHHS were ok, but the info showed parking on site which it wasn’t - actually a block or half away. Also we were told Comcast was coming early a.m. while we were there and would be an inconvenience to our stay. All in all we decided we would chose another apartment in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little cottage, right by the beach. You can't beat the location! Right by the beach and across from Funland. Perfect for a single person or a couple, but not ideal for more than 2 total. There is a parking spot, but it is a couple of blocks away...we didn't even need to move our car the entire trip. The furniture could use an update...living room furniture was made for a patio and the bed is drastically sinking into the middle. Those are the only 2 negatives I would comment on...the rest is great! So many great restaurants that are within a 5 minute walk from this property.
