Wonderful stay!

Nice property for a group stay

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property with pretty close access to the beach and easy access to a quiet community pool. The house has a great deck with a large table for pleasant outdoor dining together.

Great house!

Home is beautiful, well maintained and has many high end touches. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bethany Beach!

This home was an amazing fit for our family

We loved this house, equipped with everything we needed. We used the pool, tennis/basketball court, and kayaked in the bay. Great location for a peaceful family vacation.

Beautiful home on the bay - perfect for group getaways

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely bayfront home. The house worked out wonderfully for our annual weekend getaway with four couples. Each couple had their own room/bathroom, and the Great Room/Kitchen/Living area was perfect for the group. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio/dining area due to rainy weather throughout the weekend, but it's a lovely set up!

This home wa lovely and welcoming. We had a great time during our week at the beach. We love having access to the pool as well as the beach. Had a great dinner at Matt's Fish camp almost across from us on Route 1. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals at the beach house.

Lovely house with great location and views

We took our sons, grandchildren and my elderly mom to the beach the week of May 20th and really had a great time. Lovely, well stocked house, with great views was very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and was perfect for teaching our grandson to ride a bike. The beach is 1 minute drive with ample parking. The homeowner was responsive and helpful. We would go again.

Lovely place in the sun.

Our rental was an excellent opportunity to get together with our family after being confined for so long. The neighborhood felt safe and expanded our world. We rented kayaks from Coastal Kayak for the week enjoying the bay and wildlife. Our only dissappointment was the pool not being open. Hopefully the neighborhood association figured out how to open safely.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was nicely maintained, a well stocked and had quality appliances. We especially liked the generous amount of common area space inside and outside (deck & screened in porch) to accommodate our large group. The community facilities were also very nice, especially the pool. Views of the bay were wonderful. It was much nicer than any previous rental properties we have used. Bob was quickly responsive to any questions or issues that arose. The only drawback was the highway crossing to get to the beach was quite busy at times without a crossing light though it might have been worse during the July 4th week. Overall we were very happy with the vacation rental.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

Our family enjoyed a tremendous week at Water's Edge. The house was spacious and well accommodated for our family of 10 (plus the new baby). Beautiful views on both sides, but relaxing on the back deck after dinner, watching the bay go to sleep, was a favorite activity of the week. The house was convenient to the beach, and the pool/tennis courts were never crowded and presented a great alternative for the little kids. From start to finish, the owner was extremely helpful and a sincere pleasure to work with - we were able to focus on enjoying our vacation. Thanks, Bob!

Wonderful Water Front Property.

The photos did not capture how spacious and open the home is. Truly, this is a beautiful property. Stunning views thought out. It was very clean. The location is perfect. We were able to go down to Ocean City, Fenwick, and up to Rehoboth with no traffic issues and come back to the quiet retreat that is this area. Having the use of beach gear was such a help and being a very short walk (doable with over 4 children all under the age of 10) from the beach was lovely. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. The owners take great care of it and it shows.

The Kopp Family Vacation

Our family has always vacationed at the beach, since I was a child and I must say this was the best location for our family. Our family vacation consisted of a total of 7, 2 adults and 5 children, ranging from 7-16. The bed and bath accommodations were perfect. The rooms are very spacious, the number of bathrooms were plentiful. The location is perfect, the water view was very serene, the deck allowed for extra space and additional space for dinner time, however the kitchen also had everything we needed, including a table large enough for our family. The home was meticulously cleaned and maintained, there were extra beach chairs and toys and an umbrella, which was very convenient. The pool was a nice size, not overly crowded and was very convenient. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a nice relaxing vacation, but wanting the comfort and convenience of feeling at home. I will be booking again this year and every year thereafter. The owners were very accessible for questions and very responsive to our needs. The towel service was just a nice added extra. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home and at your beach.

Annual All Girls Weekend

We have finally found what we've been looking for over the past 39 years. This house was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip. Five of us have spent a weekend together every single year since we graduated from college in 1979 and the older we get, the nicer accommodations we need. This was it. A bedroom for each of us. A bathroom for each of us. And plenty of socializing room on the main floor. Everything is top quality and comfortable and the owners couldn't have been nicer. We were there in November, so the temperatures weren't quite beach-worthy, but we could easily imagine how lovely it would be to sit out on one of the decks and watch the water in nicer weather. Sadly, my spouse will suffer from my weekend in Bethany Beach as my new life goal is to have a bathroom exactly like the one in the upstairs master bedroom. And I won't rest until I get it. Or maybe, I'll just go back every year for my fix. Thank you Bob and Cindi for sharing your home with us!

Great family friendly option

This was our second stay at this house We had plenty of space, both shared and private for three generations. The house has a nice water view from the large screened porch just off the kitchen and from one of the upstairs bedrooms (unfortunately not the master, although it also has a decent view including of sunset). The house is well stocked. The location allows easy travel to either Bethany or Rehoboth. The community swimming pool is near the house and is clean and never crowded. In an extra nice touch, the homeowner supplies many household necessities including things like handsoap, toilet tissue, dish soap, etc. We paid the reasonable fee charged for linens and the beds were made up in advance with soft, comfortable sheets, something we have experienced in other places but never before in Rehoboth. The towels included in the fee were full sized, soft and fluffy. The owner provided clear and complete information and instructions and even included a checkout form for communicating anything needing attention and indicating any supplies needing to be replenished. This impressed us as a real effort to maintain the many things that made the house a comfortable, easy home base for our family.

Great house for family time in Bethany Beach

The house is spacious with lots of common living space, outdoor deck seating, and screened in porch seating, all of which we used at different times of our stay. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is also a big plus. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and the big kitchen table is terrific for eating as well as for just gathering. The property manager was accessible, responsive, and helpful both before and during our stay. We lucked out with great weather which added to us all enjoying our stay. What you see is what you get and this is a fabulous place to stay for a fun and enjoyable visit to Bethany Beach. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much, everyone had a good time. The house is well located between Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach. It was great condition and a minor problem with an appliance was quickly addressed by the owner. The screened in porch was wonderful.

Serenity Now

Great location overlooking the bay in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Beech is across the street and fairly easy to reach by foot. Home has a great kitchen with everything at your disposal and bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, well appointed with some great views. Owner is easy to work with and extremely thorough. Definitely would recommend!

This house is great for a getaway. The location across from the ocean and on the bay access is a big plus. The house comes very well prepared to host any vacationers! We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot

The location has a beautiful view of a bay for watching the wildlife right in the backyard. We enjoyed the home cooked meals made in the well equipped kitchen. The beach across the highway is not over crowded at all. Enjoyed the community pool too. Close to the Bethany Beach town center for shopping and ice cream. Made the short trip to OC Maryland and Fenwick Island for some other excursions. Bedrooms all have private bathrooms/toilets. House is open and spacious for everyone’s comfort. Enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Just About Perfect!

We have just returned from a special week at this great beach house. There were ten of us, ranging in age from 5 to 75 and it was perfect for each. Two of the adults had to work remotely for part of the time, but their views from the deck while working were lovely. Plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen. Quick stroll to the community pool. Walkable to the beach, although with caution crossing the road. Beautiful community.The owner always responded promptly to questions or concerns.
