Parking is plentiful and unassigned, making arrivals simple. Inside the condo, you'll find a dedicated workstation with desk and chair, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, central AC, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Please note: pets are not permitted, and linens are not included, though a rental package is available. The owner does have dogs that have been on the property.
Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
