Great Landlord / Spacious Condo

Awesome location while still being affordable. The condo is stocked with everything you need. I felt super safe here! The development itself was nice and big — perfect for taking strolls/riding your bike if you want to avoid the busy areas in town!

Fabulous for families!

This was the perfect location for us! Family of 5 with a grandma from NJ joining us. The kids loved the bunk beds and the grown ups load plenty of room. We vacation every year in Rehoboth and have stayed in many rentals. The condo was SPOTLESS and in great shape. We felt instantly at home. We loved this location- so easy to get to the beach. We will book this location again! Thank you for a great family trip!

Best vacation yet!

Loved the location and layout of the condo. Very spacious and had all the comforts of home. The big pool over on Talon was an ideal break from the beach. We'll be back!

Cozy, roomy, clean, and close to the beach!

This condo was too good to be true. It was very roomy for our family of 6. It was really clean and had all the basic necessities. It was close to everything in Rehoboth including the beach and the boardwalk. It had a nice balcony overlooking a pond with fountains and wildlife. There were 3 pools to choose from as well.

Sanibel is a great location

This is my second time staying on Sanibel - though my first time in this unit. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean. The kitchen had what we needed. Lovely pool at the complex - though a bit of a walk since the unit is the furthest building from the pool. Just a short drive to the bay, the beach, outlets and more. Only two areas where I'd recommend improvements. The door code was very hard - 10 digits and often finnicky despite entering the numbers correctly. However, conversely I loved not having to stop somewhere to pick up keys - so worth the hassle dealing with the code. Second, the couch in the unit is very uncomfortable. The springs can be felt throughout the couch. I would advise replacing the couch. But otherwise, the beds and other features of the place are lovely and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again.
