“The room was clean & the staff were lovely. The only thing I would say that wasn’t so good that knocked the score down was the exactor fan in the bathroom was coming off the ceiling & the drainage in the shower wasn’t so good. The first water was pooling at the other end of the shower to where the drain was.”

“I was disappointed with the Bull and the Hide. Whilst booking the room via e Expedia I only booked one night instead of two, it was my mistake. However, when I tried to contact the Bull and the Hide via their wesite to remedy my mistake and I heard nothing back. I contacted Expedia hoping to extend my stay to two nights and, while I was on line with the Expedia agent, they tried to contact the Bull and the Hide but nobody answered. “The pub side was pretty good, the staff were lovely and really friendly. A special note to the young blonde haired lady who was on reception when I checked in for my 2 night stay. She appeared to be very organised and hard working. The hotel was not as good as the pub. This is the second greene king hotel I have stayed in over the last few weeks. The room was very dated, lots of plug sockets but no USB chargers. TV on the wall was from the mid 2000s, again very dated. The lovely looking ‘sash’……
