Recently renovated apartment located on a remote cliff in first line to the ocean on the northwest tip of the island.
No houses in front of you - just the open sea with beautiful views of Tenerife and its Teide and marvelous sunsets in the evening.

The 66 qm apartment with large balcony in first line to the sea located in a small and quiet urbanization has the following features:

If you are looking for tranquility this is your place to be. Perfect for some Yoga-sessions on the balcony or a romantic drink during sunset with your loved one. This is the ideal base to start your island exploration.

If you are a beach bum or like to get active with hiking, biking, diving, snorkeling, surfing, swimming or cultural activities - everything is close by.

We are looking forward to have you as a guest and hope that you will fall in love with this little gem as we did when we discovered it.


As the night is often pitch black here its perfect to view the stars - there will be a telescope at your disposition to have a better glance at the stars and the moon.

For those that like to get active - we have a 42"-bodyboard that you might take to the beach. The Surfboard on the pictures is not included in the rental of the apartment :-)

There are a few board games and deck of cards for some "offline fun" and an xbox for console lovers.

We will provide a shower towel and an extra beach towel.

Herrlicher freier Blick auf ‚ s Meer, Küste mit Gebirge sowie Himmel - Wolken… Sterne. und Teneriffa. Sehr schöner Balkon. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich und alles gut organisiert.

Petit havre de paix au bord de la mer

Très bel appartement, parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, idéal pour deux personnes. La terrasse permet de profiter pleinement du soleil même en hiver car on y est protégés du vent. La résidence était très calme en février. Le parking fermé est très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, il ne manque qu'un micro ondes pour que ce soit parfait. Le lit est très confortable, l'appartement était très propre. La résidence est assez isolée, la voiture est obligatoire. Le contact avec les propriétaires était parfait.

Wir hatten einen unfassbar schönen Urlaub bei den unfassbar netten Gastgebern Marta und Ralf. Die Wohnung hat nicht nur einen Balkon mit einer phantastischen Aussicht, sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Bad, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, bestens ausgestattete Küche, Ersatzhandtücher, scharfe Messer.....es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und waren garantiert nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Vielen lieben Dank Euch beiden für alles.

Schönes Appartement mit Teideblick

Das Appartement von Marta und Ralf ist super gelegen im äußersten Norden von Gran Canaria. Man hat Alles was man braucht, der Kühlschrank und das Doppelbett könnten ein bisschen größer sein. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sardina ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Unbedingt Schnorcheln! Wir haben Kraken, Adlerrochen, Barracudas, riesige Seeschnecken, sehr große Sardinenschwärme und noch viel mehr beobachtet. Die spektakuläre Inselmitte und etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Highlight aber jeden Abend war die Happy Hour auf dem Balkon mit Gin Tonic und Sonnenuntergang. Vielen Dank noch mal Marta & Ralf das wir zwei super schöne Wochen in Eurem Paradies verbringen durften. Liebe Grüße von Claudi & Torben

Der durch Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist unschlagbar. Die gesamte, sehr gepflegte Anlage und Wohnung, ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit einem Mietwagen erreicht man alles in kurzer Zeit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern, neu und absolut ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem und mit dem Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund schläft man wie im 7. Himmel. Alles in allem Topp und absolut empfehlenswert.

Comfortable with excellent views

We enjoyed 4 nights relaxing here. Ralf was easy to communicate with although he lives in Germany. No problems there. The apartment is clean and well equipped with wonderful views. The only downside is that the development is in an area where other buildings were started but not finished, so some of the surrounding area is a bit scruffy. That said you see nothing of that from the apartment which is obviously well maintained.

Traumblick aufs Meer

Das Highlight dieser Ferienwohnung ist definitiv die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Teneriffa, die man vom Balkon genießen kann. Aber auch sonst gibt es hier nichts zu meckern. Die vorab übermittelten Informationen zu der Wohnung, der Anreise, dem Einchecken sowie Tipps zur Umgebung und Erkundung der Insel waren äußerst informativ und hilfreich, so dass schon die Anreise ganz entspannt verlief. Die Wohnung selbst ist frisch renoviert und sehr schick eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Auch der Balkon ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, um die traumhaft schönen Sonnenuntergänge so richtig genießen zu können. Der Kontakt mit Ralf und Marta war sehr nett, obwohl nicht vor Ort waren sie stets erreichbar und hätten bei Problemen sicherlich sofort weiterhelfen können; allerdings gab es nie irgendwelche Probleme. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen, gerne würden wir beim nächsten Urlaub auf Gran Canaria wiederkommen.
