「Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. There is an elevator for easy access between floors, and the internet is fast and convenient! Overall, it was an excellent stay and highly recommended!」

「Easy to communicate in English, polite and comfortable in room. 」

「Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.」

「The stay was so lovely, the staff were really nice. We had breakfast included but still had to pay for some drinks which was a little confusing as haven’t had that anywhere else with breakfast included. Other than that it was perfect. We luckily stayed in the Trackside room which was unbelievable, the view was just outstanding ! I will be back. 」

「Excellent spacious apartment everything was brand new, I stayed in July ‘25 …comfy bed & sofa large TV fridge hob & m/wave… modern shower room easy free parking. Quiet area surrounded by bungalows. Staff were very helpful & friendly 👍」

「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

「Great location! The hotel is just a short walk to Prasna Brana and the Palladium Shopping Mall. There's a café right across the street and several restaurants nearby. Room included a small kitchen equipped with various utensils, like microwave and frying pan. It very convenient. The air conditioner will be off until May. "I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
