"The hotel is located conveniently to many attractions, and the tube. The service was great, as was the size of the rooms (larger than other European hotel rooms). The only down side is that the property is a bit older (especially the bathrooms) and could use some renovations, but that did not stop us from enjoying the property! "

"My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day. "

"I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in. Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing! The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy. The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops. The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky. We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good. If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!"

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, after quite a few stairs up to the property (there is step free access just Google ahead). Front desk staff were very friendly, the hotel smells amazing. We had a great view of the city and appreciated the kitchen area. Couldn't figure out how to put the shower or taps on so we had a little bit of help with this (twist and twist some more) but everything was perfect the location was great and we got a lovely Sunday lunch close to the hotel at Lookenbooths (great cocktails there too). "
