“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late”

“One of the best resorts I have ever visited. From the property, staff, our suite, the service, the smell, attention to details and food; 100/10. My friends and I had an amazing time and did not even explore or utilize all the amenities. Will definitely be back with my spouse.”

“I've been here two times now and every time it has been very good. convenient location only a few blocks from Paddington station and the main stretch to Hyde park. The rooms are very clean and tidy but the best thing about the rooms and I can't state this enough is the good air ventilation, no warm stuffy rooms, we even got a balcony the first round. Breakfast is probably most people's favourite, they have a clean dining area which was good for talking to other people, plus when you order the……

“Good business hotel. One of the tallest spot of Paris and the view is amazing even if it is not facing the Eiffel Tower.”
