「This property was awful. Walked in and there were bugs everywhere especially bathrooms. Complained big time and the overseer sent us to a very nice house with no extra charge. We enjoyed our stay at that house. 」

「 1 StarMy experience with this house was very disappointing. The property was dirty, run-down, old, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the house did not feel like it had been properly taken care of before our arrival. On top of that, I find it completely unreasonable and disrespectful to charge 25 for arriving just 30 minutes early. Charging an extra fee for such a short amount of time, especially considering the condition of the property, was extremely...

「Everything was very nice」

「Great location 」

「Outdated home needs a TON of work, mold in both bathroom, bugs in kitchen, lawn was 1 foot high, garbage overflowing on front lawn, broken appliances, Scary part of town.. BEWARE USC parents」

「Overall we had a great experience. This was our 2nd visit to this property. The owner is very responsive and the house accommodated our needs.」

「Overall, very nice experience. We were visiting Columbia to attend our nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was very nice to have a home to come back to and rest after his graduation vs. going back to a hotel room. The house was clean, but does need some overall updating. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms-not the main bedroom-was not very comfortable. Every time one of us slightly moved in bed, the bed would squeak loudly. Updating this would do wonders. Also, could...

「Overall, the house is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Besides that, a few improvements are needed to make the house more pleasant. The carpets should either be professionally cleaned or replaced.」

「It was close to walmart and various food stores which is a plus and it was about 10 minutes from base. The only issue i had was the floors were too crickey... The house was not updated and we had issues putting the code in the door. Our check-kn took aboit 20 to 30 min. Also the laundry room dopr was stuck and was hard to wash our clothes. Yes it was clean but i think we over paid for a basic house. There was stickers on the walls and the TV didnt work unless you bring a roku or something.That...

「Clean and newly renovated it appeared.」

「The description, communication, and location were excellent. The house is quite charming. We rented this home as the beginning to a family vacation as our daughter was graduating from USC. We stayed for 3 nights. There is ample room for a family, plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were pleased to find that the bedding appeared to be new. There is plenty of tableware, in case you order in. There is not much to cook with, and there were only 3 spoons. The home is in disrepair- it's certainly...

「There was not a whole lot of kitchen items. Not many if any plastic containers and we couldn’t locate any glass bakeware to make a casserole in. It would have also been nice to have an TV in the master bedroom. Other than that it was perfect and peaceful for my Son’s graduation.」
