「Forest Acres is a beautiful area and the home has tremendous charm. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much and will definitely look into booking other homes in the future with the same hosts in Columbia. The home is beautifully updated and the basement is an amazing space. We also loved the backyard. We love Forest Acres but may look at their other properties closer to campus on our next visit. Highly recommend!」

Master bed was very comfortable. neighborhood was quiet. Owner was very Gracious in letting me check in just a bit early so that a could drop my bags and change before going to services. all in all, I would Highly recommend. thanks again Patricia!」

「This house worked out very well for us with everyone having their own private bathroom in their bedroom. Common area had lots of room for all of us and a spectacular view. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors but without bugs.」

「We’re snowbirds heading north. We decided to stop for couple days to break up trip. WOW is all we could say when we arrived. The location on a private point overlooking the lake is really beautiful. The Place was much larger than we expected. Kitchen was very well equipped. We used the kayaks and had a great day on the lake. Mgr was very helpful bringing gas for grill and extra kayak paddle within a hour. We will be making this our spring stop again!!!」

「We were there to visit family in the neighborhood and this house was very convenient. The access to the lake was niced and even used by locals to kayak. However, when they were overe there weren't very many seating choices. There is only a small wicker settee and a loveseat in the living room. It is definitely not set up for gatherings but suited our purpose just fine! Clean and with thoughtful amenities like local coffee and a full pitcher of cold filtered water.」

「Nice place, quiet neighborhood, extremely great communication and service from property managers. Behind beds in kids room had trash that hadn't been cleaned and between cushions on couch there was some dirt. Minisplit Ac/heat units may need cleaning as they seemed musty smelling at first. That was my only complaints and not anything that was real bad. Enjoyed our stay there and wish I would have had more time there. I would come back and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!」
