"Great place to stay. The staff is amazing g and roo.s are clean. We had lake view and SO relaxing, hubby had early golfing in the am and they allowed us to check out a little later."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was alright. The omelet station was good, but other food was basic. And not the best coffee.the room appeared to be clean at first but then, we did start finding clumps of hair through the room and in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked. Fine, but when it kicked in it was very loud. Overall not a bad place to start. One of the nicest for the area. "

"Clean room,and also quiet despite being next to the freeway. The restroom/shower could use an upgrade. The ironing board could also be replaced. It was a bit rusty and hard to fold back up. Breakfast was good. What I liked about the location was it was near shopping and food and also minutes away from legoland."

"We had a feeling something wasn’t right from the moment we checked in. The front desk employee quietly mumbled “ocean view” and seemed noticeably nervous while giving us directions to our room. Once we got there, it became clear why, our so-called ocean view was extremely limited and mostly overlooked a park. We returned to the front desk to address the issue, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, we were told that we "did" have an ocean view, despite the obvious discrepancy. We requested either a room change or a partial discount, but neither was offered. There was also no effort to provide any future accommodation or goodwill gesture. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to how the situation was handled."

"The wrist bands, their security people require should be optional and suggested, not required for adults paying top dollar for a relaxing stay. They take your ID at check in, so they should have a digital system for verification. They should offer a discount when the resort is under construction since the noise and privacy outside of the guest windows was inconvenient. They should post notices when a "special" city event is taking place that affects the roads leading to and from the resort as a reference for guests checking out or in the day of the event."

"The staff was excellent. We took advantage of the underground parking which allowed us to park until 3pm after we checked out at 9 am. There was also a large complimentary breakfast."
