“No llevan buen control en la administración de habitaciones, llegamos y no tenian las habitaciones que teniamos pagadas, los cuartos son de contraseña única permanente, cualquier huésped que se haya quedado recientemente puede entrar a tu habitación con la misma clave. El encargado según nos estaba mostrando habitaciones y le abrió la puerta a una pareja que estaba en el cuarto presente "Según el estaba libre ese cuarto"”

“Overall, I had an okay stay at Rosarito Beach Hotel. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops, which made it easy to explore the area without driving. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I had very little interaction with the staff during my stay, but everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, and the pools were well maintained and in good condition. “Buen hotel, hemos llegado varias veces, es un buen punto para conectar con otros lugares dentro del área, tiene buenos restaurantes cerca. Buen servicio, muy limpio y pues se ve que le acaban de realizar arreglos importantes.!!”

“Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good……
