This stylish place to stay is perfect for short stays. Lovely accommodation located in a peaceful residential area of Renfrew PA4, a few mins walk to Braehead Shopping Centre, Soar and just off Glasgow's M8 Motorway at Junctions 25a and 26. Frequent bus service to City Centre.
Professionally cleaned, linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies and toiletries.

This apartment enjoys an excellent location within walking distance of Braehead Shopping Centre, Xsite/Soar and Ross Hall Clinic and only a few mins drive to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The lovely lounge/dining room is partially open plan to a contemporary fitted kitchen with all modern, easy to use appliances. The kitchen is separated from the lounge by bespoke sliding doors.
Bedroom 1: Double Bed with ensuite Bathroom with Shower
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds plus a hidden 3rd Single which is pulled out from under the 1st Bed. The Twin beds can also be easily pushed together if required.
There is also an additional bathroom in the hall with bath and shower.
The specification of the property includes gas central heating, double glazing, a security door entry system and residents' parking.
The nearby motorway network provides quick and easy access to surrounding areas including Glasgow Airport and Glasgow City Centre.
Less than 2 miles from Glasgow Airport. Near to the M8 Junctions 25a and 26, only 10 minutes to Glasgow City and 20 minutes to Loch Lomond, we are easily accessible by road from the whole of the west and central Scotland.
The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) is also only a few mins drive or a short bus journey from our home.
On the doorstep at Soar Braehead, find all the family favourite eating places: Nando's, Frankie & Benny's, Fife Guys, China Buffet King, Fridays and many more!
Our home would ideally suit business travellers, tourists, families and local contractors. If you have any additional requirements, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to provide.
We can provide a travel cot (£15) or high chair (£10) upon request. Please feel free to ask if you require anything additional.
Flexible check in (lockbox) after 4pm.
Guests have entire access to the flat during their stay.
Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.
The property is set up to be remote access with a key safe box located close to the entrance, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed and check-in can be flexible anytime after 4pm.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
