"We stayed 3 nights for our work team retreat. This cottage was perfect. A very easy drive from the city, good directions & communication from Doug for check-in. The cottage is exactly as pictured but the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s large, roomy, beautifully decorated & high end everything from the appliances to the toilets!! Each bedroom was decorated with beautiful art, luxurious linens, room to store items, incredible mattresses. The kitchen, which is always our gathering spot, was modern, spotless & equipped with everything you’d need. We brought certain things along only to open a drawer and find that it was already supplied in this cottage. Super nice coffee machine for the Java drinkers of the group. Situated right on the lake, the views were spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We had access to use the hotub, sauna & kayaks. Great outdoor areas to enjoy and the furnishings are top notch & comfortable. Plenty of amenities are provided, such as large beach towels & wood. It’s close to great trails, & the townsite. Communication with Doug our host was easy with quick response time. Thank You Doug for providing such a lovely space. We will be back!"

"What a wonderful time we had in such a beautiful setting and cottage. We canoed, we hiked, we swam, watched sunsets and played some of the many board games on hand. We had everything we needed thanks to our very gracious host!"

"This cabin was just what we needed - a little quiet get-away with a pretty lake view. I love the Whiteshell : rocks, trees, and water! The weather was a touch cool, and we had a little rain. Cabin is solid and kept us dry and warm!"
