Our stay was beautiful! The two bedrooms unit was just what we needed. The views from our unit were breathtaking! Our host was accompanying and we enjoyed great walks around the lake and jacuzzi time as well.

A home from home whilst I was in town for a family event. High spec accommodation with all needs anticipated. Great access to the city, airport and a superb coffee shop on the ground floor - Lighthouse Coffee. Really enjoyed my stay.

Other than some housekeeping issues, (floors were dirty), the unit was great as was our previous stay. The complex itself had some issues that need some consideration. Many of the windows facing the Marina were completely covered in bird poop. There seem to be nests that need to be removed. The air fresheners in the hall areas were at times too overpowering causing respiratory issues for more than one in our party.Other than a few issues, we again enjoyed our stay, Thank you!Jim and Sally

Fantastic view!

Upon arriving into the unit, I was in awe. This place has a fantastic view! You see the water and the town from the 5th floor. There’s a restaurant within walking distance and it’s right in the water. The food was delicious.Very happy we went with this location. It’s not too far from anything.

Beautiful location

The condo was lovely. Wonderful layout and exceptional views. The cupboards were stocked with plenty of kitchen basics, pots and pans etc that we needed to start our vacation. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Reno/Sparks.

Beautiful Place to Stay

It was so lovely to wake up and have coffee overlooking Sparks Marina! The condo was excellent, spacious, and well-equipped. Initially, we couldn't get the coffee maker to work but my husband spoke with the owners and we had another coffee maker furnished for us! Highly recommend!

Great and Pretty Location

Lots of space, beautiful views, great set up as my husband and I brought my Mother-In-Law so she had her own room and bathroom to use! Very responsive and helpful owners!

Perfect location!

There were three of us that stayed for a long weekend. It is a beautiful time of year and we enjoyed seeing the changing of colors of the trees. The lake at the marina was perfect for a morning walk. The apartment was so comfortable and well appointed and it came with parking which was great. I’d highly recommend this property and the owner Chris was great with communication. He made everything so easy it was much appreciated!!

Great Option for Work Stay in Sparks

Marina View with Great Outdoor Access

Overall this property delivered exactly as described. The unit had two balconies with great marina, city and mountain views. There was easy access to the park, beach, walking and bike paths and limited watersports. Great shopping, restaurants and casinos were all nearby. The property was well maintained, clean and included multiple perks to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!

Spacious & gracious hiatus in Sparks ❤️

Super clean, safe, and picturesque top floor condo with spectacular Marina and Mountain Views. We stayed there with my daughter and her husband for a family wedding so, separate baths and 2 king size beds were a must. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the welcome treat basket was very much appreciated. It’s a great resort-like property with a pool and playground. The walkable path around the marina is fun, well kept and felt very safe. We walked to the coffee shop every morning and came back to cook breakfast together. Two balconies offer separate spaces with epic views. One assigned, covered parking space was ideally located close to the unit. Hosts were fabulous, communicative and cared. We left a couple of items in the unit and they went above and beyond to coordinate a pick up with my brother. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful

Great communication to walk us through the check-in. Condo looks as pictured and better. No problem with air conditioner or any of the appliances. The living room very comfortable to relax in at the end of the day. Enjoyed walking and biking on the marina path and cooling off at the pool. Close to everything (restaurants, shopping, activities) . Should we return to Sparks we hope to stay here again.

Nice place and great location

Awesome condo between Sparks and Reno. Easy access to Virginia City, Lake Tahoe and ski resorts. The walk around the marina is fun and also close to great eating and drinking establishments. Highly recommend.

Great Unit!

Stayed here with a coworker for a week and it was absolutely perfect! Check in procedure was a bit confusing, but the owner called and literally stayed on the phone and walked us through it. The unit was perfect! Clean and well set up! Five stars from me!!!
