Reno Get Away

The Reno Oasis is a great place to stay. It is in a very secure, gated and well lit area. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

Great Find in Downtown Reno

I loved this place! The three units share a great space with a nice patio area, bbq, and mini-golf. It's walking distance the river and downtown area. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again when I'm in the area. The host was very kind and communicated quickly.

Great place clean and functional

Cute place well equipped, and super clean and safe feeling behind fenced yard. Lots of extras and the management is responsive to every need i had. Area is up and coming, and a short walk to the river. Check in is automated but having to capture a photo of license did not work well which was solved with email from landlord. Otherwise delightful place and freat property managers.

It was a beautiful new little house.

The house was clean and new. Christina the Housekeeper was great! The parking was a little challenging, the neighbors and workers in the area took a lot of the spots. It could possibly help to have signs posted for private property

Great location and cute and clean room near the Riverwalk. It's downtown Reno so there's some noise at night, music and motorcycles. Also beware no closet space and no drawers to put clothes in. There are hooks on the walls to hang things. It's just like it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay.

This was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at! It was super clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed, with modern appliances and a well appointed kitchen. I loved the walk in shower and the bed was comfortable as well. Excellent parking was available too. Our host, Nicholas, was very pleasant and responsive and even checked in the first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience, start to finish!

A cute little Gem - close to downtown and RiverWalk

Perfect for two people. Comfy bed. Some of the basics on sight and appreciated - coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap and spices. Small private balcony and common outdoor area very welcoming. We enjoyed the basic miniputt and outdoor dining and sitting areas. Onsite parking worked well for our 6 day stay. We’ll recommend to friends and family. The two other units onsite would facilitate larger groups.

3 nights in Reno in April

Loved this property. Perfect size for 2 people. Communication with the host was smooth and seamless. Host was kind enough to accommodate a last-minute addition of our dog to the reservation. This unit is part of a 3-property compound. If the other units were occupied during our stay we weren't aware. This compound would be great for a group trip or large family vacation. It's a very quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to the riverwalk trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Soccer weekend in Reno

Cute little one bedroom chalet close to downtown,, which was perfect for my wife and I. Would definitely stay there again. Nic was a great host!

I have been torn on this review. Owner asked for 5 star review in exchange for review of us. We are mature adults (over 60) and do not leave a property in worse condition than we found it.That said, the sofa pictured should be placed near the garbage pin for pick-up. It is beyond worn and you will be seated approx. 12" from the floor.There are no closets or any other storage available for your clothing. I packed extra hangers because we typically do not have enough where we stay. Surprise! There were absolutely no hangers provided because there is no place to use them. Our clothing was placed on the chair in the bedroom. We emptied a kitchen drawer to use for our under garments. On Aug. 30, the owner sent a welcome message - I replied on Aug. 31 to inform that it would be nice if there was more than 1 towel per person for a 6 day stay. Also mentioned it would be nice if wash cloths were provided (there were none). No reply.On one morning, we wanted to turn on the heat because it was chilly. Nope, can't do that -- the thermostat is locked by the owner and you must enter a code. We have previously rented properties through VRBO and have never had this type of issue. We are not your "guest" - we are paying customers and should be able to at least control the air temperature. So, we were cold until we got into our car and turned on the heat.The next day, the owner programmed (at our request) the temperature to be 74 degrees during the morning hours.Will not stay here again.
