- The property will still have everything you need to work or relax year round. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, although the ensuite master bath is on the small side. A very spacious gourmet kitchen, high speed internet and a dining room for 6 or as a temporary office work area. The backyard highlights magnificent views of Peavine Mountain range. Stepping out of all rooms on the backside of the house to a fully furnished backyard. Complete with a firepit, seasoned wood, BBQ, dining table and two separate seating areas. Enjoy those views with your morning coffee or in the evening sitting around the backyard firepit.

This retreat was very well taken care of and very comfortable. It was well stocked. The check in process was very easy. We especially loved the back patio area. It was beautiful with great views. It was also close to everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Lovely home, wonderful hosts, highly recommend
This place is perfect - just as described, beautifully decorated, super clean, very accommodating hosts. Was perfect for our four day work visit. Convenient location, all the amenities needed, very nice outdoor space - we would be happy to stay here again.

Very comfortable, great location
We were in town for a family funeral and didn’t actually spend much time at the property, but it was very comfortable and nice to have a quiet spot to return to in the evenings. It was a great location for us.

This place was such a cute little abode with plenty of space for my family. The layout of the house made it feel cozy and connected. The backyard was great, perfect for watching the sunrise, hanging out, or gathering around the table. The location worked out really well for moving my daughter into UNR — minutes away from the grocery stores, gas, and all the essentials she needed for school. As a bonus, Lake Tahoe was just about an hour away, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time staying in home! Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful home, quiet retreat and great location
The house was lovely, super comfortable, and well appointed. The location was close to everything – parks, shopping, downtown, the Riverwalk, and museums. Loved the yard and the open view. Catherine was an amazing and very responsive. Looking forward to another stay!

This was a roomy, nice and clean place to stay, it also had a cabinet full of games to play. The location was perfect for what we needed. Suggestions I have would add some pot holders for the hot pans and maybe some more bath towels. I recommend this property.

This is a beautifully updated home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We were very impressed with the choices that were made. The kitchen is amazing. There is so much storage and so many helpful things that wereprovided for our use. The backyard is just gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit even though we didn’t use the fire pit. The living room has ample seating that is very comfortable. We found the location to be very good for what we wanted to do. The owner was very gracious, helpful and responsive.

Celebrated a milestone birthday here
I highly recommend this property. The home is clean and user friendly. Well- equipped kitchen and open floorplan made our family birthday celebration easy and fun!
