"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. The food hygiene was unacceptable — I found dead flies in the meal that was served, and the breakfast buffet had fruits infested with ants and flies. "This hotel is very nice and has a studio"esque" about the rooms, every component of the hotel is extremely clean and very new. The reception staff have poor English but are very helpful. The hotel pool is based within the courtyard of rooms and is too very nice. A couple of downers about this hotel is the smell when you turn the shower and other taps on, it's as if the hotel isn't quite properly finished, the stench of the sewers is horrific. "The property was perfect location and price point for our one night stay to catch an early morning Ferry to Nusa Lembongan. We got in late afternoon directly from the airport. Kids (6 and 8) loved the pool and water slide, us adults were very comfortable pool side. The bar drinks were very reasonably priced.
