“Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought ”

“Over-all GHS was pleasant. Breakfast was 7/10. Beds are SUPER comfortable, bathrooms are great, spacious, always hot water. Wifi was solid for the most part. A few shaky periods during zoom calls but overall much better than I usually get in Central Africa. Elevators were 5/10 and often only 1 would be functioning. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Tables in the resto often did not have the right silverware. Never once saw a big spoon for cereal. Had to hunt around and rob other tables to……

“L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. Déjà en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine était immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette très petite. Une semaine complète à l'hôtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changés, le sol jamais nettoyé. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut……
