Pristine apartment in great location.

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful, secure building with convenient amenities and located in a great location near restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

Holiday stay

Beautiful property set in a perfect location near shops, restaurants and Metro line. Listing stated parking available which was not true and VRBO was not helpful. No communication with the host through VRBO site and Global uses MULTIPLE email addresses which became confusing.

The property is beautifully maintained, and the front desk staff are always very personable. But parking is a nightmare! I was given a parking fob for the building that never worked (that I was reportedly NOT supposed to have), and I was told to use a paid parking lot a 10 minute walk away (while I transported my post-surgery spouse in and out). Terribly inconvenient and very expensive!

Great property & rental company

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice amenities on the property. We also unfortunately had an issue with the shower faucet but the maintenance team showed within the hour and fixed it right up. Was very happy with the prompt response so I consider that a huge positive. One tip: Make sure to contact for parking before you arrive. We still had parking but I should have coordinated before arrival to understand location/cost.

The mattress in the bedroom is horrible. I am handicap, so I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room instead. It had better support than the bed. It was quiet, clean and I felt safe as a single woman. The entering and exiting the property was difficult. One fab for parking garage and one for room. You also get charged for not leaving your fabs, which is impossible as the elevator won't move without the room fab and you can't exit the garage without the parking fab. So on top of paying 15/day for parking you get charged 15/fab. I tried to print a ticket for parking because 1st hr is free, but the entrance machine doesn't print tickets. It says it does, but there is no button on the screen and when I pressed the help button they were no help. Still no ticket and only lifted the 1st gate for me as there are 2 gates upon entry that are timed.

Do not book here!

For 4 days, refrigerator did not work, AC unit had to be fixed 3 times. The Customer Service and their Management have been mostly not responsive and the fixes took too much time in a so called brand new unit.
