"Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. Dog faeces on paths. Toilet broken. No microwave. Needs updating and cleaning of the shower room. Lounge and bedroom roomy and comfortable. "

Staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and our room was really spacious with everything we needed.
