Breathtaking Condo with Panoramic Mountain Views
Fourteen Two Revelstoke is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built condo in Mackenzie Plaza that can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. This beautiful condo boasts a deck with a 4 person hot tub with sweeping views of the Selkirk Mountains. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes for the perfect entertaining space. This property is well-situated within a 5 minute drive to both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke making it the perfect home base for your time in Revy.

Mackenzie Plaza is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke.
There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information.
The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.
To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed (Can convert to two twins, upon booking)
Secondary Bedroom - 2 Twins (Can convert one king, upon booking)
Tertiary Bedroom - 1 Bunk Bed (Double and Single)
The following bedrooms are set up as a standard:
Relax in the living room, where ample seating and a smart TV await. Two full bathrooms ensure ample space for everyone, and the unit comes with a washer and dryer for easy long-term stays. The open-plan dining area and fully stocked kitchen are ideal for cooking and unwinding after a day of adventure. Outside, the generous patio features comfortable seating, a new full-sized hot tub, and a BBQ for your enjoyment.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the Building labelled 1000 (Building 1)
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the Building labelled 1000 (Building 1)
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.
Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.
