Rooms have been nicely updated and the bed was super comfy. This is an older building, the sound proofing and not that great. The location is amazing, within walking distance of everything downtown.

nice place, good location, slightly understaffed I think, and a bad (not much choice-just toast) breakfast. Would stay there again

We stayed here twice. KS room on 2nd floor. First room way larger than the second, so room sizes vary. Check in staff were very friendly and quick. Breakfast is basic but meets the needs. Located Downtonw and close to restuarants and shops.

Decent overnighter. Room too small. Breakfast beyond basic, lots of good coffee shop options nearby. Area looks a bit run down and the entrance access has still not been improved (no ramp, narrow doors), but the interior is clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on this trip (and we’ve been staying in fancier hotels). Great location both for downtown and riverfront parks access.

For an overnight accommodation the proximity to restaurants was excellent. The hotel was clean, rooms were of good size and the front desk staff were excellent. Amenities were minimal but the location made up for it. Some noise from the hall and upstairs room was noticeable around 6am.

Room was good though no elevator to second floor made moving a little more challenging. Good location for downtown stores and restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing. Yes it was to be continental, but it was light on choices for that.
