"I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare—there was a large conference going on, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared. It took far too long just to get a room. Throughout the stay, basic service was lacking. Housekeeping consistently failed to leave enough towels, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, an alarm went off in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our sleep, and there was little to no communication about what was happening. It was impossible to even get some coffee in the morning due to the sheer amount of people in the hotel. Free waters were never available nor replenished for guests not attending the conference. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I expected much better, especially given the price and reputation. I would not stay here again."

"This wasn’t a favorite. I felt as though my room wasn’t clean when I came in. The floors were crummy and the beds didn’t look too clean. The floors were sticky. Breakfast was decent but I like that it was included in the stay. I wouldn’t care to go back to this too much. "
