"Clean room, efficient reception staff. WiFi good. Location great to walk to all sites. Environmentally friendly in every way. "

"For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast so cannot comment. Housekeeping partially made up the bed. Bathroom wasn't entirely cleaned and tidied. It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing. "

"Our junior suite was a disappointment. Huge room furnished like a standard room. No sofa, no sitting separation. Looking half empty and far from cozy. "
