“Nice place to stay and relax for a few days while my daughter was at camp. My son loved the activities nearby at Fairfield Glade. Had a couple of maintenance/housekeeping issues at check-in that the hosts quickly resolved. This unit is pretty close to a busy street and had more traffic noise than we expected - minor negative.”

“Just as advertised, location was great and communication was quick and responsive.”

“Clean condo. Attentive and pleasant local co-host. Very clean laundry washer and dryer.”

“We have never stayed in a condo, rental, VRBO, or personal owner unit that was so well organized, stocked, cleaned and “set-up” for visitors. The communication with the owners before, during and afterward was extra special for us. Truly blessed to have chosen this rental for our getaway! The Rogers”

“Great rental”

“Great experience”

“The property is older and could use some TLC, but it was exceptionally clean on the inside and fine for our two night stay with friends. The outside could use attention, it needs to be cleaned like the inside. The mattresses were comfortable, but should probably be replaced. Overall a good place for the price.”

“Liked the location of property. Black mold down stairs. Stairs are not good for people with bad backs. Overall it was a nice place , but will be staying where there’s not as many stairs.”

“We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have taken their toll.We had to have the toilet reset the day we arrived because it leaked and wet the floor, the towels were insufficient and sleeping 6 people in this “cabin” was a big stretch. The……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo with beautiful views of the lake and walking distance to Robin Hood Park for the Amazing 4th of July Fireworks / our Anniversary as well! We were so thrilled it didn’t rain that day seeing the heatwave and rain followed us there from the long Florida drive, but we definitely got hit with several storms while staying there and our last 2.5 days we had NO TV / internet at all and couldn’t go outside either so that was very upsetting that there was no……

“House was perfect for our short weekend. Our family of four was in town for a wedding and the house suited our needs. The owner was quick to answer questions that we had.”

“Excellent !! Absolutely one of the best condos I've ever stayed in for the past 20 yrs. Wonderful location, comfortable unit, quiet and close to everything. I will definitely stay at this unit again !! I highly recommend it. I just can't say enough good things about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!”

“The property was exactly as expected. Plenty or sleeping room and space. Only thing missing was Soap for the shower. But there was more in the unit than expected for our stay. Greatly appreciated and would stay again. KW”

“The condo itself was very nice just as described. And we enjoyed ourselves. My children 8 YO learned how to fish on their own and caught a lot of fish. The road to the condo is washed pretty good. Luckily I have a SUV. We arrived at night and questioned if we were at the right place because of that. The condo only has a TV in the main living area. So my kids couldn't watch what they wanted without everyone watching it. And I like to watch a little bit of TV in bed to relax to. But we managed. ……

“This was our second time staying here. We love the area and the proximity to family and shopping. It’s a great location. The beach is very well maintained and gorgeous. The place we stayed at was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be coming back.”

“Great location, close to golf. Easy check in process. Would stay again!”

“If your wanting quiet alone time or you love golfing this is a great place to spend in comfort and relaxation. There are also other thing to do in the resort.”

“We enjoyed a few nights there for a family reunion. The place was roomy with nice bathrooms and bedrooms-with 3 levels the bedrooms were quiet and private for different families to have their own space. The only complaints were that both trash cans were completely full outside and the downstairs floor seemed sticky and the kids got dirty feet from walking on them.”

“Grab a few friends, get your suit on, and get ready to be transported back to a weekend golf outing in 1998. From the stylish popcorn ceiling, golf retreat condo layout, 1/2 bath peeling wallpaper, and outdated furniture you’ll be right back in 1998. If you are looking for modern amenities like a dishwasher look no further than your two hands. Be prepared to hand wash all of the 3 plastic cups, or 4 plates they have provided. If you want a steaming hot shower make sure your friends boil water on……

“Will visit again!!”
