“Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Penrith, which is a lovely town. Hotel has parking, which is really useful as it was hard to come by in the town itself when I was there. Special thank you to Petra at reception and the housekeeping team. I had accidentally left a piece of jewellery in my room at checkout. The piece of jewellery in question is very valuable, especially for sentimental reasons. The housekeeping colleague had taken it down to reception for safe keeping, but Petra had gone the……
