"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants. Brauhaus Paeffgen (a favourite) is minutes away. The Dom and Hbf are a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is clean, our room was spacious, though some of the decor is a little tired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay again."
