「Note that the water at this property is not able to be consumed. The renter is not notified about the water until the morning of check-in. In addition, the smell of the water was so severe that we had to leave the property. I was raised on well water, I am familiar that it smells differently, but this smells as though the well has to be replaced. Washing hands made our hands and arms smell completely rotten. I cannot believe that a home can be rented that does not have water that can be...

「We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door....
