“We were disappointed with our stay at Carson Resort. We specifically booked a certain bed/room configuration, but after checking in a getting to our room it was not what we had reserved. There was no communication about this change prior to arrival or even when checking in face to face at the front desk. When approaching the front desk about this issue they were very dismissive and non apologetic.

“This vintage hotel in downtown Stevenson is perfect for dog walks, breakfast and dinner. I had at least 3 choices for dinner with my dog...and the river and cruise lines, shops and eateries are top drawer. Trust me I travel 3 times a year with my dog from WA to CO and back.
