“At the beginning the Spa center was not working so when we arrived we were told that we cannot use it . I was a bit upset because we came because of the Spa and we expected to use it . Normally the manager must notify all visitors befor their visit if there is any issue with the hotel but they did not inform us before our arrival.Anyway on our 3th day the Spa was open so everyone was happy at the end.And also we get a 10% discount because of it .”

“Handy for our visit to the Trigrad region (Devils throat cave). The sauna and pool looked great, but we didn't have spare time to use them, or the games room. The central heating was a bit cool for someone from Darwin (and probably other cooler places too).”
