Fabulous bright family house with everything that’s is needed .Very comfortable and great indoor and outdoor dining spaces and sunny garden.Perfect position for the beach and local village facilities and Rhosneigr is a great base for exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia .Our second stay and would definitely recommend highly .

Perfect home from home

The house is close to the beach where you can catch the most amazing sunsets. The house is comfortable and clean with plenty space to eat together around the table. Very well equipped house. Fantastic stay!

Great Location on Anglesey

The property was excellent for our needs. Great location for beach and access to Rosneigr village. Beds comfortable and plenty of seating options. Only drawback was only 1 shower which for 7 is inadequate. Separate bathroom but bath only.

Lovely light and airy home in a fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnysands. Its a lovely family home with everything we needed and more. In a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and village. Kate the owner was very helpful and replied promptly to emails. We were very lucky with the weather and had some beautiful sunny days. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Another great stay

This is the ideal place for our family of 4 adults, plus our two German Shepherds. It's great as there is a dog-friendly beach, 4 minutes away and a lovely secure back garden. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately it has been sold and we are not sure whether the new owner will be renting out. We will definitely return next year.

Fantastic place to chill

Spent a week here when another family introducing them to Rhosenigr. Could not have hoped for a better place to stay, everything was perfect I honestly cannot find a fault. We wanted a place to relax and this had it all, even with 4 teenagers there was more than enough space to hide away. The location was ideal for a stroll on the beach or head to Mojo's for a pancake stack. We have been coming to Rhosenigr for years and this has been by far our favourite place, would definitely come again.

Amazing

We chose rhosneiger as our 10th wedding anniversary stay with our family from Ireland and England. The whole experience from begining to end was wonderful. Thank you to Kate our host and the absolutely beautiful property of hers . We had a lovely time. The property was, so pretty, comfortable and so homely. Lots and lots of space. Thank you so much to the lovely host for being so accommodating. . Would gladly book here again x

Beautiful home, great location

Had a wonderful stay here, the house has been beautifully put together. So relaxing and comfortable and we had everything we needed. A short walk to two lovely beaches, restaurants and pubs. Great amount of space for the dog. Would definitely go back.

Lovely Stay

Lovely, clean, well equipped property. Great location, easy to get to the beach and pub. Nice to park up and not use the car until leaving! Nice home for families, nice garden and dining space. Great comms from owner. We and a really lovely stay.

Perfect family getaway

Myself, my hubby and two kids joined my parents and between us the two dogs for a long weekend away. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The utility was great to dry off the dogs and kids. It was blowing a gale but it was so peaceful and quiet in the house you hardly noticed the weather! Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the beach and town.

A wonderful location

Sadly did not get off to a good start however the owners immediately went the extra mile to sort out the issues. None were serious just a bit disappointing. The owners have refunded the cost of one night which is very much appreciated. I hadn't realised that the garden room accommodated the twin beds and was only accessible by stepping outside into the rear garden. There were some problems whilst in residence however the owners are looking into these as I write. The property has been sold and so may not be available as a holiday rental. All in all a positive experience in a wonderful location

Family holiday at Sunny Sands

The house is perfect for us, the utility room is great for 8 people with lots of coats and shoes, beach toys etc. The kitchen is well equipped and linked to a lovely dining area with an attractive solid table. There’s plenty of space to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice also. The garden is a good size , room to play, eat or sunbathe We really enjoyed our holiday. Excellent location.

Fantastic Time in Wales

From the outset Kate made us feel very welcome and the house did not disappoint! Loads of space with everything you need for a holiday by the sea and some stunning beaches only a short walk away. We would highly recommend coming here and we will be back!

Really nice house with loads of spaces, well equipped kitchen although the weather was so good we used the bbq all weekend. Wonderful position close to the village and the beach.

Fabulous, happy place

Beautiful clean house, very spacious. Particularly liked the sun room, for relaxing and chatting. Kitchen & dining area were well set out with every utensil you can imagine. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!

What a location!

We absolutely loved the stay and the house was very spacious and amazing soundproofing for noisy kids! Right near the beach with off-road parking. We didn't use the annex as not suitable for kids our age range. Host was very helpful and we would return.

Fabulous family time.

We were a family of 7 from age 12-71, and this beautiful house was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, extremely clean, well equipped and so comfortable. The location to the beach was great and walking distance to the village. The communication with the owner was excellent. We will most definitely be coming back it felt like home by the beach. Spotlessly clean on arrival, a family home exactly as described on the website. Great holiday house and good location on the edge of town. Beach is a two minute walk away. Enclosed garden made it safe for our two dogs. Definitely recommend it.

Spacious modern property in great location a short walk to great beach and local shops. Can recommend the Indian takeaway from the nearby pub which is only a minute away along a footpath.
