「We had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay again 」

「Acorn Cottage was the perfect choice. Warm and cosy and it is in a delightful setting with fabulous views to the front and perfectly located for many of Yorkshire attractions such as Grassington and Kettlewell. I had a delightful stay and was sorry to leave. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has all that you would require in facilities for a perfect and restful stay. Susanne and Peter were most welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. They both assisted me above and beyond when I had a problem...

「We had a fantastic time at this property. The pictures on the site don’t really do it justice. Spacious and clean, there’s lots of room even if your party is a large one. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a property for a large group of people.」

「Excellent property, everything you need is there and a warm welcome from the hosts. Christine has thought of everything. From an easy check in to kitchen essentials. With a lovely raised deck to sit with a cuppa and admire the farm animals and views. Plenty of birdsong morning and eve. Thoroughly recommend.」

「Very child friendly and amazing property, Great for large groups. Only criticism is the outdated photos of then play area, the older swings and slide have been replaced with a newer set of swings. We would definitely stop here again」

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."

"The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. "
