“Was fine for what I needed which was one nights stop. Staff were the standout point of the place as everyone I interacted with were nice and friendly. However the upkeep of the room was where the place fell down somewhat, some instructions on how things in the room worked would be helpful as it took me a little while to figure out the air-conditioning unit which admittedly wasn't much help with even when turned on. There were various stains and marks on the sofa and chairs but the bathroom was……

“Beautiful hotel, second time staying for one night, breakfast included, evening meal have to book separately which was easy to do. Everything about this hotel, location, availability of rooms, staff and food was truly amazing. We will be booking again, probably near Christmas time.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“I got to give Patric, the manager, full praise. Really helpful. However, never again will I stay here when we are in the midst of a heavwave, or warm weather. My room had no windows, as it was central inside the building. It had a sky light in the ceiling, but could not open it for air. The room was like a greenhouse the whole time I stayed there. I checked out at 5am as opposed 9am, as I just wanted to be able to breath again and cool down. It was a health hazard in my opinion. I asked the……
