「Lovely owners who have run this place for over 40 years. It is set back in time, early 80s and an education and experience of that. However does have Wifi and central to the Town. I was upgraded to a larger room with en suite without asking which was a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised with the cost that it included breakfast, I had porridge, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and toast. All floors have stairs which would not be suitable for the less mobile.」

「A pleasant, convenient stopover on our road trip This was a really nice spot to break up our road trip. The on-site bar was a highlight, offering a great food and drink menu alongside warm, attentive service from the staff. Having a quality breakfast included in the stay was a definite plus and set us up well for the drive ahead. The room itself was slightly dated, but everything was clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay...

「The Woodleigh was a very nice find for us. It is small and was ideal for our one night stay in Blackpool. Our room, on the first floor was small, with a comfortable double bed and the en-suite bathrooom, although small, was spotlessly clean. Parking outside is hit and miss, but we were lucky and were able to park right outside. While we were there, the proprietor was unable to provide a breakfast, cooked on the premises because the facilities had not been finished yet. It was not a problem for...
