「Me and my friend stayed here for the Comicon at BEC Arena. The hotel was 15 minutes away, which cost about £16 in an Uber. There was parking on the street, and we had no issues finding the address. The landlord is incredibly kind, and super helpful. The landlord truly helped make our stay enjoyable. As well as Adam, the front of house staff. Though me and my friend turned up dressed up as Chucky the Doll, the staff (and the locals) were incredibly friendly and helped us make memories which...

「Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order...

「The hostel is clean, well kept and the gentleman that greeted us was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the mattress on my bed. I could feel every spring and coil. Time to replace it!」
