“Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend”

“Nice modern hotel but when you hear Hilton people automatically think luxury but this a budget hotel and it shows. Review on a family room double bed + sofa bed. Takes up all the space in room, hard to manuvore around especially with younger children. Shower rooms are very small. Honestly the pillows are very uncomfortable as it sink in one side. We had trouble with bed in first room but second room bed was perfectly fine. Had change room inbetween due to faulty bed - 2nd room had blocked sink……

“We stayed in a spacious room in the Manor house with amazing views, although we were disappointed by the relatively small bed. Given the size of the room, we had assumed it would have a king-size bed atleast. Updating the rooms TVs and Wi-Fi connection speed would make a significant difference to the overall experience. The spa was enjoyable, although a few facilities were out of order during our stay. We did appreciate the restaurant’s ability to cater to our halal dietary requirements at……

“We had two newly refurbished and one original room, all were very clean, comfortable and well presented with the new rooms being beautiful. The shared areas of the hotel are a little tired and some carpets a bit threadbare but they will hopefully be upgraded in due course. The patio is beautiful on a sunny day and we enjoyed sitting out pre dinner and post breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Very well positioned for a visit to the golf or to the seaside.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”
