“The noise from the hall is very loud at night but overall the hotel is very nice.”

“We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. We did eventually call the emergency maintenance #, and the guy did eventually read the correct code and we figured out what happened. There was no soap for the showers. There were shampoo and conditioner bottles, and makeup remover, but no soap. We used the hand soap that……

“I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.”

“I don’t even understand how the health department allowed that motel to be on business. This is the filthiest place I have ever seen in this country. I should have taken a picture to send it to you guys. The carpet, I couldn’t even walk on it . I have to wear my shoes. Out side asphalt was cleaner than the carpet in that room. I am not exaggerating. The room smells like the s swerve line was leaking. The blanket had thousands of holes ofcigarette . The pillow and the cloth on the bed were not……

“We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.”

“We stayed one night. We had the king corner room. The ac was deliciously cold. I never heard or saw any other guests unless I was in the lobby. The city view at night was pleasant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,”

“The queen beds were very comfortable in our room also had a pullout sofa which made the room extra large. There were two people in the room so the extra space was nice. Very very quiet great location. lots of wonderful eating places and shopping nearby.”

“Attractive property and rooms The staff made several commitments that were never completed, never communicated again and thoroughly ghosted me. I think I will pass on this property on my next trip to Tulsa and I recommend you do the same”

“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry……

“No extra blanket. Front desk would not answer. Housekeeping would not answer. Shower was COLD.”
