"The room was clean and there was nice scent in the air throughout the hotel! The Hyatt Regency is far better than the Hyatt just down the road. Although the Hyatt Regency had a girl at the front desk that didn’t have a good grasp of the English language so it was difficult getting answers to my questions. "

"Property was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was very close to Mall of America. Things that would have been nice to know before booking: room didn't have a mini fridge, microwave (there is one in the lobby/breakfast area that can be used), or coffee maker and the only hot breakfast item was waffles. None of those are deal breakers, but as a family with four young kids these amenities are a plus. The pool area was spacious and well liked by the kids and there is a hot tub!"
