「The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay.」

「I only needed a shower and a bed so the microwave and refrigerator were a plus. The towels were so stained I wasn’t comfortable using them, I should have taken them to the office but as I didn’t I can’t say if it might have been rectified had I done so. It’s right off the freeway, took a little twisting to get to it but my Dodge Dually and bike trailer fit in the parking lot.」

「No soap in bathroom, large spider in hotel room」

「This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! 」

「Site was clean and staff were nice. It’s on the side of the highway but it’s quiet and calm and easy to find and park. Lots of amenities close. 」

「Aging property with minimal amenities, upside the staff was nice and friendly, but everything about the place screams old and outdated. Hot water for the shower took 5-8 mins to finally reach temperature, toilet leaked so every 30-45 mins the toilet tank is filling while you’re trying to sleep. I stayed for the price but won’t recommend it for anything more than a place to sleep for those not overly picky about looks and condition.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great.」

「I normally love this location. However, time spent here was different. There was a hole in the shower, the exhaust fan did not work, the elevator floor had spilled food someone wasted the evening before and even though I told the front desk. It remained there the next morning. Not to mention children running in the hallways early in the mornings. Other than that, the location is amazing and the staff are pleasant.」

「I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! The property is amazing. It is very nice, really modern. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the parking lot was lit very well and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again! 」

「Good place for a week with full kitchen in rooms to cook as well as morning breakfast in the lobby. Great workout room and nice pool too!」
