The bed was the only nice thing about the stay but after seeing the disgusting towels, I now wonder if my sheets were actually clean. Both towels had giant brown stains and I had to dry off with a wash cloth. There were numerous live and dead roaches. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never patron another best western.

Hotel room was filthy. Room we were moved to was also filthy. Tried to get a refund from the extended stay we booked due to all of this and the "owner" never responded to my messages as well as Expedia's messages on the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY AND RUDE STAFF

Hi Marin, I looked up your reservation under guest name Derek Megger who was in town working on a Verizon store downtown and liked our property. In fact, he is helping me set up a negotiated rate with his company because we have ample parking at our hotel. I am not sure if this review was intended for a different hotel? The shower was dirty and the shower flooded after use. The entire bathroom floor was covered in a puddle of water after one shower usage. The hotel microwave was old and the room wasn’t cleaned properly beforehand. We found an old blunt in the couch seat.

For the price loved the room with a microwave and excellent coffee maker. Just came from a Marriott hotel a little bit more expensive and this was better. We had to leave early so did not use the breakfast service!

I’m not sure what made this property premiere beside plastic coffee cup in your room. I was staying one night and would have preferred to just grab my own breakfast from an included breakfast station. I don’t need a “curated menu” that you wait for someone to fix and pay a La carte

Serious Noise-proofing issues. Very nice/clean
********ZERO SOUND PROOFING while rooms are very clean and nice, the doors do not have good seals on them. I had to get moved out of a connecting room because I could hear every single word, movement, ANYTHING in the connecting room. Once moved, I noticed was a centimeter gap in every door - even in my new room’s main door. This meant if anyone ever walked past I could easily hear it. I want to clarify - this isn’t the usual muffled noise you may hear in the next room, this sound is as if you are in a 2 room house with no door and someone is in the other room. Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean and nice - one of my towels had some a red lipstick-like mark on it. Had to get moved rooms due to noise

After a few hiccups and changing several rooms, it was a nice quiet stay. Bathroom mirror light didn’t work, so it was a little dim. Loved the workout room.

GREAT HOTEL terrible service
The room and the place itself were great but I waited like 30 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk to help me. After checking in I was just handed my key without being given any direction so I had to look for room myself. Check out is at 11am, at a few minutes to 10 housekeeping came banging on the door saying it’s check out time and they need to clean the room!! So we were practically kicked out. My number is 646-326-2945 for any other questions.

Decent hotel with a recent makeover. Good off-season price. Modern and rather stylish. A tasty, made to order breakfast (for purchase) was provided with kind service. Minor issues: heat was a little quirky and the shower wall had gaps around the tub spout & shower head.

Hi Maryse, I am not sure what Expedia has charged you for breakfast. At this time, we only do a 1 upcharge to have breakfast included in the rate. Based on your date of booking (January 4th) it looks like that is the rate you would fall under for the breakfast. Please note, that we do not offer any discounted rates with breakfast including flash sale or multinight, so maybe this is the difference in the pricing? thank you,
