That young lady was the most friendly, helpful and thorough that we’ve ever experienced! Our experience will serve as the standard we will measure every other experience we will ever have with hotels. It’s the gold standard. When we checked out, another outstanding experience! Breakfast? Nice variety and well prepared. The French toast was tasty and perfect texture…not limp or overcooked until it was like biscotti! Can’t say enough good things! "

"Didn’t have breakfast there. But had 2 drinks and 2 desserts at their restaurant and paid $60, it’s a little bit pricey for just that. Also, there is a stain in the mattress cover so i think they don’t inspect that and wash it often. "

"This is a lovely, restored hotel close to VCU and cute restaurants. The room was cozy & clean. The garden courtyard feels like stepping back in time & would be a great place for an afternoon break. There is a parking garage close by for only $10 a day. "
