The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially Amber at the front desk! The room was very nice and better than expected. The location is clean, has a nice laundry room and is close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again.

The room was VERY neglected! Mildew in ceiling in the bathroom, peeling paint, cracks in the wall, water pressure low in kitchen sink and the shower, no globes over the lights in the kitchen and over the head of the bed, kitchen cabinets dirty and paint was peeling off, no clothes hangers or an iron, towels and wash clothes dingy, bathroom vent was dirt with missing levers, bedside stand had sticky substance on it, telephone did not work, non-working elevator and had to walk 3 floors! Try that with an arthritic knee and compressed back discs!
The staff was really nice: the desk personnel, the maintenance man and the housekeeping lady. What amenities?

Place has bugs, full of cigarette smells, door key is awful, had to slam my door open and shut. The staff were so sweet! Expedia lied about the rooms! I had asked for a kitchenette and they don’t even offer a kitchenette yet. Expedia showed pictures that said they, the man discounted my stay at the front desk.
