The only issue I had, (2) actually, the firmness of the bed made it very difficult to obtain a good nights sleep. Also the faucet at the sink continued to flow pretty much all of the time. The staff was great and the area was secure.

I liked the staff and the convenience to where I was going. The price was not bad. I did not like the noisy plumbing or whatever it was. Also the electrical outlet covers had a lot of screws missing so when you turned the overhead light off they fell on floor.

Dirty
We were supposed to bring our 2 kids as we booked a double room. Thankfully we didn’t. They claimed they’d tried calling multiple times but I never got a call or a message. I’m the type who always calls back. So I never got it. They didn’t have that room available. Only a single. They did get us into that room but it was atrocious. Bugs in the bed and just plain dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Looks good from the outside.
The place looks beautiful from the outside. But once you're inside it is very outdated. They're all kind of smells in the hallways due to people cooking in their rooms. And some of the smells are not pleasant at all. The beds are very small. Not enough covers. The towels are thin. No pictures on the walls. The bathroom small. Would definitely not stay here again

Not conducive for a stay
They didn’t have my reservations when I arrived and the room the tried to give me was missing cupboard doors, no pots or pans for the kitchen and the refrigerator had rust spots and dents in it.

Stay here!
The staff were great and extremely polite/helpful! There were several hiccups faced thanks to hotels.com itselfand they were able/willing to be patient with me while we sorted it out. Great place.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The room was literally damp everywhere. I wound up going out and buying my own sheets and comforter. It was a "non-smoking" room, yet there were cigarette burns all over the side of tub...like a dozen of them. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said "yeah we know it wasn't you", as if that's why I brought it up.

Don't be mislead by "suite"
The condition of the room was terrible. My first complaint was that there was no bedside light. There was one master light switch for all the lights in the room by the door, so I had to turn the lights off and stumble to the bed in the dark. Floor tiles in the bathroom were coming up and having done some home remodeling I could tell they were the lowest quality "peel and stick" vinyl tiles. On the good side the AC worked and so did the internet. But there was a good deal of noise coming from the floor I was on so the stay was anything but restful. All in all this hotel would barely be acceptable at $60 per night, but not at all worth the $100 I paid.

This hotel should be demolished. There is no sense in letting a hotel get in the shape this one is in. We looked at 2 rooms and both where filthy, had holes in the wall. The 2 floors I went to had an extremely bad smell. I observed what looked like roach droppings behind the beds. Numerous people just hanging out in the hallways and around the building. I did not feel safe at all and would never consider staying at this hotel, sleeping in my vehicle would be a much better place! It is obvious that management does not care about this place at all. I would suggest finding a hotel somewhere else.

I booked a hotel for my sister and her husband online. When I got to the hotel it wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting for the young lady to finish with another guest on the phone. I felt like she should have placed her on hold and finished with me first but whatever. After all that I was taken to the room to see it and it was DISGUSTING and smelled like weed and smoke and this was a NON SMOKING room. I told them I would like another room then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. This whole process was a complete pain. Once the room was clean I was then told that it was not up to standard so my reservation is now cancelled. I literally called all that week to ensure that the room was booked because it was for my sister honeymoon so I wanted to be sure that it was no problems and I was told EVERYTHING was fine and BOOKED.! Yes the ladies were nice but this was TOTALLY upsetting and very much disorganized. I will never be back to this place nor will I recommend it.! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!
